We do request a deposit equal to 50% of the rental charge to confirm your booking. This can be refunded if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of the occupation date however we prefer to reschedule your booking.

It is important that La Boite is cleaned and prepared properly between all tenancies, to ensure it is well presented when you arrive. Consequently all prices now include a compulsory cleaning fee which we will coordinate and book on your behalf.
